Pastor Diipiri Mishael Tikili(Ph.D), the General Superintendent (World Wide),had served as National Evangelist/Administrator of Apostolic Church of GOD 7th Day, Nigeria for over two decades until he was called and led by GOD through the Holy Spirit to form Touch-Life 7th Day Pentecostal Ministry (TL7DPM).Meantime, he equally serves as International Coordinator of the Worldwide Missions Outreach of Apostolic Church of GOD 7th Day.

He was officially released and prayed for on Sunday, February 26, 2017 by the leadership and members of the National Board of Directors of Apostolic Church of GOD 7th Day, Nigeria.
