INTRODUCTION
It is important to note that in our present world, every person we communicate with is a spirit and as a believer we have to possess SPIRITUAL DISCERNMENT to be able to distinguish between spirits.

WHAT IS SPIRITUAL DISCERNMENT
1. It is the supernatural power to see into the unseen or what is invisible to the physical eyes.

2. It is the power to know the kind of spirits that operate in a particular situation.

3. It is the power to know what is in a man.

4. It is a gift of the spirit that enables you to effectively judge the things of the spirit.

5. It is power to see those who are your enemy and those with you.

Many people seek the counsel of diviners to have access to the ability to discern. This goes to show the necessity to have this gift but from GOD alone.

THE NEED FOR SPIRITUAL DISCERNMENT.
1. We have an enemy who specializes in disguise and masquerading.

2. There are people who live among us who are not really humans.

3. It is necessary to differentiate the truth from lies.

4. The presence of lying spirits (Matthew 24:5 & 11).

5. The presence of counterfeit spirits all around.

6. There are many pretenders and hypocrites in the church.

7. Lack of discernment has lead a lot astray.

8. Prevention of wrong decisions and ideas.

POINT TO NOTE:
Useless prayers are inevitable if you cannot discern.

HOW TO OBTAIN SPIRITUAL DISCERNMENT.
1. Forgive all those who have offended you.

2. Stop reacting to whatever people say or they do to distract you.

3. Know your weaknesses and deal with them.

4. Take control of your thoughts.

5. Be a prayer warrior.

6. Live a holy life.

Spiritual discernment is every important in this world we live in because the enemy’s greatest weapon is deceit. Remember, if the devil cannot deceive you, he cannot defeat you.

PRAYER POINTS.
1. O LORD, of my life is going in a wrong direction please reorder my footsteps in Jesus Name.

2. I receive the power to possess my possession this ember months in Jesus Name.

3. I cancel every satanic calendar for my life and Family.in Jesus Name.

4. I wipe off my name from satan’s register with the Blood of JESUS CHRIST in Jesus Name.

5. O LORD establish me in your truth, godliness and favor this ember months in Jesus Name.

6. O LORD Ignite my calling with your holy fire in Jesus Name.

7. O LORD, put a seal of ownership of the Holy Spirit upon my life in Jesus Name.

8. I destroy the roots and fruits of fear in my life in Jesus Name.

9. O LORD increase my greatness and comfort me on every side in this ember months in Jesus Name.

10. Ministering angels begin to drive my divine helpers to my doorsteps in this ember month Jesus Name.

11. I refuse to be numbered among the dead while I’m still living in this ember months in Jesus Name.

12. O LORD open the heavens and pour out your blessings in the ember months in Jesus Name.
